In an ode to one of the best movies of all time, Top Gun, I got to officially name my favorite shark in Mossel bay........Iceman (After Val Kilmer's bad-guy character in the movie). This shark showed up about a month ago during our chum trips, and is incredibly playful and aggressive. She (yes, she's a girl, unlike the real "Iceman" character) also has some distinguishing notches on her left-hand side dorsal fin that we use to aid in identifying her.......although I playfully believe that the notches stand for how many causalities she has caused (kidding, kidding) over the years. In short, meet Iceman, my favorite shark in the bay.
